By accessing or using Aura Scan AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Aura Scan AI provides AI-generated spiritual, astrological, and entertainment content based on photos and information you submit. Readings are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Access to full readings requires a paid subscription. By starting a trial or subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor (Paddle) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; previous charges are non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of photos and information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process this content to generate your reading. We do not sell your data.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, upload content that is illegal or infringes on others' rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of readings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
